The Blaff platform, accessible via the domain name blaff97.com, is published by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher".
Blaff acts exclusively as a technical intermediary (marketplace) connecting customers (hereinafter "the Customer") with professional fishermen/fishmongers (hereinafter "the Seller"). The Publisher is under no circumstances the seller of the products and never becomes their owner.
Only duly registered fishing and seafood professionals are authorized to sell on Blaff. Each Seller agrees to comply with the Blaff Quality Charter available on the platform and to provide only fresh, traceable seafood products. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or remove any Seller who fails to comply with these conditions.
Access to certain features (ordering, alerts, history) requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any account created with false information may be deleted without notice.
The Customer selects an available stock on the map, chooses a quantity in kilograms or a budget, and completes payment online via Stripe. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A QR code is then generated and sent to the Customer by email.
The final weight is measured at pickup. A price adjustment may occur, in accordance with the conditions accepted when the order was placed.
Prices are listed per kilogram, all taxes included. They are set freely by each Seller. Payment is made entirely online at the time of order via Stripe. No cash payments are handled by the platform.
The platform's commission is automatically deducted from the amount paid out to the Seller.
Products are picked up directly from the Seller at the location shown on the map (sale point). There is no home delivery. The Customer presents their QR code to the Seller, who scans it to validate the transaction.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food goods. Accordingly, any confirmed and paid order cannot be refunded, except in the event of a serious, duly established failure on the Seller's part (spoiled product, failure to show up at the sale point).
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the sanitary quality of the products, which is the sole responsibility of the Seller. In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Seller, the Publisher may act as a mediator without being obligated to do so.
The Publisher does not guarantee the platform's permanent availability and reserves the right to interrupt the service for maintenance.
Customers may leave a review of Sellers after a confirmed order. Reviews must be honest and consistent with the experience had. The Publisher reserves the right to remove any review that is clearly abusive or fraudulent.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the courts covering the Publisher's registered office.
